Bet Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the result at the point the bet was placed within the market rules specified.

Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the official result can be declared, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full. In-play bets that were active at the time of abandonment are settled according to the score or state of play at the moment the event was called off, unless the market rules state otherwise.

Obvious Errors: bet 393 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (for example, a cricket match winner displayed at 1.01 in favour of one team when the actual market should be near evens). In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned. This provision will not be used unreasonably or to the systematic disadvantage of players.

Maximum Payouts: Single bet payouts are capped at Rs 10,000,000 (one crore rupees) per event. Accumulator payouts are capped at Rs 25,000,000 (two and a half crore rupees). Any winnings calculated above these caps will be paid at the applicable cap amount.

Where an account is closed by the player for non-responsible gaming reasons, any real-money balance remaining will be withdrawn via your registered payment method within five business days.
